Eco Energy Assistant™

The Eco Energy Assistant™ is a modern consumer graphical display that communicates energy usage and related data for management of household energy use, budgeting, and greenhouse emissions. The battery operated device is supported by two Widefield Tech architectures: a web-based energy data portal and the ePodT RPA with direct communication with a smart meter. The two options give energy providers ways to take an evolutionary approach to the deployment of smart metering throughout the world.

The Eco Energy Assistant™ is for utilities to provide to customers that enables interactive energy management and communications. Energy data is accessed via wireless presentment of data from the utility server via a web portal. The standard wireless communications in the device is ZigbeeT; however, other wireless options may be enabled. This is an easy option for utilities to deploy an in-home, energy efficient option to customers TODAY without relying on existing meter infrastructure.
